Its good to talk. Initially its only natural to be careful about opening up to somebody new. This is even more relevant if the person you are talking to is completely anonymous. In a group setting this becomes less of an issue. Our meetings need not be conventional. Around a table is great for some people but in my experience it is better to be in familiar surroundings or out in nature. This is one of the things we can discuss in our call.
